Less Stress Services LLC is a professional pet care company serving Orange County, CA. In operation since 2014, we are a husband & wife team that are certified, insured, & bonded pet care specialists for all household animals (dogs, cats, birds, small rodents, amphibians, exotics, & backyard chickens). All work is done in YOUR home - where pets are most comfortable! We offer drop ins, walks, overnight stays, & medication administration (oral, injections, & sub-q).

In 2014, we saw the real need for reliable and trustworthy pet care in Orange County. How could we help household pets stress less? By keeping them in their own environment. Many boarding facilities crate and kennel dogs for most of the day, except for walks. Those kennels are often made of concrete, for easier cleaning. By allowing us to come into your home, your pet can have all their comforts – their bed (or yours!), their familiar scents, and their dishes and toys.

We’ve heard the horror stories. The Rover pet sitter who wasn’t paying attention and the dogs got loose in the neighborhood and injured someone. The Meowtel cat sitter who never showed up. The business owner who went on the meet and greet then sent an employee into the house with pets they’ve never met. The kennel operator who wanted the dogs to stop barking at night and sprayed them with hoses (this happened to Michelle’s childhood dog, Thunder. Her family couldn’t figure out why he was so scared of the hose, especially since he was a Labrador.)

By hiring us, we commit to the highest standards of in-home pet care, including:

**Watching your pet for signs of illness while you are gone

**Pet CPR & First Aid certified

**Specific training for medical emergencies (diabetes, seizures, poisoning, bleeding, and heatstroke, to name a few)

**Distraction free walks (we are constantly aware of our surroundings, seeing where potential hazards/other pets are coming into our path, and not playing on our phones)

**1:1 care ratio (we NEVER do group pet sits/walks with multiple households)

**Customized care plan for your needs (dog doesn’t need a walk? We can do backyard time. Want us to simply brush your cat for 10 minutes of the visit? We can do that too)

**All outdoor time (play or potty) is supervised. We will NEVER leave your pet unattended outside (unless you let us know otherwise - if they use a doggy door, they typically go outside while you are out, etc)

**We use a software system that keeps us in constant contact with our clients while they are away – you will receive updates of when we are there, pictures and videos of your pet, and any pertinent information relating to your house/property (packages brought in, lights left on so it looks like someone is home, making sure gates are locked, etc).
